Week 1 Share + Quick Buddha Bowl
Really excited about this weeks share! One pound of lettuce is quite a heaping, we made a quick salad with the greens today. I'll also be experimenting this weekend with roasting the radishes and turnips.
Today, the boc choi made its way into a quinoa and tofu buddha bowl. The stir fry of veggies included: red onion (should have used the scallions from this weeks share!), an orange bell pepper, boc choi, cilantro, black eyed peas, tamari, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper. Next step would be adding a fancy drizzle on top, but Sriracha is way easier. Yum!
